Garmin recently updated their terms and you may need to log on to the website and accept the new terms of settings before you can upload new workouts from RunGap.
If you are having problems sharing to Garmin Connect, then please try to connect to the Garmin Connect website and press the "Upload or Import Activity" button in the upper, right corner.
If this prompts you to accept the new terms then you should do so in order to fix the problem.

Not fixed yet on 20 April 2019. See my other reply:
Garmin Connect does not ask me to update log in. Won't load data.If this keeps up, will have to try this Strava thing. Shame. I was quite happy with Garmin Connect.
Hi, doesn’t work for me. I was able to transfer only one day, quite accidentally I have to say. I don’t know how I did it. No way how to transfer all previous data to Garmin Connect.
Followed tutorial and also accepted the new terms in Garmin website.
I am missing something or there will be a fix for this issue?

Garmin Connect has been quite annoying. Once again this week, 2 out of 3 activities have gone missing. I finished my run, saved it on my garmin device and synced with garmin connect app, it updated steps, number of floors, intensity minutes and all that BUT not the activities. So I can't check my speed, calorie burn, heart rate etc during my activity. This has happened before and at that time Garmin support couldn't help. They tried but as if the activities vanished in thin air. I am pretty upset!
