RunGap scans connected services with "Update Activities" enabled in up to three sequential "waves."

When the same workout exists across multiple services within the same wave, it is not always possible to determine which version will be imported. However, Apple Health is consistently scanned last (in wave 3), and any workouts in Apple Health that originate from a service also connected directly to RunGap are automatically skipped.
