Using RunKeeper with RunGap

It's odd that I can see step/min graphed in the RunKeeper app on my iphone, but on their website that data doesn't seem to be accessible, which is why I would assume RunGap can't get to it either. I don't know why they wouldn't expose this data on the webapp if they have it. Illogical.

    Hi Paul,

Please send example workout data by opening the workout in RunGap and choosing “Support” from the upper, right “…” menu.

The export of heart rate data from Runkeeper seems to be out of sync with the rest of the data - maybe it's getting confused due to pauses. See the example below.

It affects the GPX export from RunKeeper as well as the sync from RunGap to Starva, so it's probably a problem with RunKeeper.

It may also be a consequence of using the iPhone app to start the run, but the Apple Watch to pause when stopped?

RunGap will only import activities recorded as a "Workout" in Health.

Why doesn't Heart Rate / Cadence data sync to Runkeeper?

I have data coming in from Strava and I see those charts in Run Gap, but none of that info goes into Runkeeper...

Is it possible to enable this somehow?

    Thanks

    Hi
I have a situation where I was tracking a run with Runkeeper on my Apple Watch 2 ios4 . Unfortunately the data didn’t get uploaded to Runkeeper on my phone although I can see the data in Activities and Health data - is there anyway to pull this into rungap - at the moment it doesn’t import it. Thanks Nick

RunKeeper ignores cadence - but heart rate is normally transferred. Please contact support@rungap.com if you have issues.
